WhoWood is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to customers throughout the United States.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

WhoWood creates sunglasses, watches, wallets, bags, accessories, and everyday gear inspired by adventure, craftsmanship, and the outdoors.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, materials, specifications, and images. However, actual appearance may vary based on device settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of the materials used.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Many WhoWood products incorporate natural materials including wood, leather, and other organic components.

Variations in grain pattern, texture, markings, color, and finish are natural characteristics of these materials and contribute to the unique character of each product. These variations are not considered defects.

No two products are exactly alike.

Sunglasses Disclaimer

WhoWood sunglasses are intended for protection against sunlight and ultraviolet radiation during ordinary outdoor activities.

They are not intended as safety glasses, industrial eye protection, sports protection equipment, or protective eyewear for hazardous activities.

Users are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

WhoWood LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every WhoWood order is carefully hand-processed and packed from our facility in the Flint Hills of Kansas.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days; however, processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $60.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

WhoWood LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Services—including logos, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, videos, text, branding, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to WhoWood LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used without prior written permission from WhoWood LLC.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, services, or tools.

In no event shall the total liability of WhoWood LLC exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Services, or products sold by WhoWood LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Kansas.
